Staging properties for developers and real estate agents is one of our passions. We understand that each project is unique, so we cater the design to the target market and project budget.

Since 2012, we have successfully designed multiple commercial spaces. Most notably, the South Waterfront Atwater Condominiums, Pearl District 937 Condominiums, Forest Heights Kiana Condominiums, St Johns Marvel29 Apartments and most recently the TwentyTwenty Apartments. These projects involved everything from staging model units, penthouses and townhouses, to furnishing common spaces including coffee bars, lobbies and lounge rooms.

Our service contracts generally provide modern organic furniture for a minimum of three months. We have, on occasion, worked with developers to stage units for over two years.
